About Service
As part of this project, the OPQ agency is looking for candidates with specific, unique competencies in order to perform a specific task.
If a medical facility or a biotechnology or medical technology company needs managers or experts for a project, we are able to provide proposals of candidates that meet the employer's requirements. In this case, we place particular emphasis on competence assessment, although selection in terms of the specific organizational culture is also very important.
The cost of the service is dependent on the complexity and duration of the service. It is usually expressed as a percentage of the candidate's annual salary. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
- Meeting with the employer - detailed development of the position and determination of the competences of the potential candidate
- Searching for candidates - using the available database, external recommendations and application for job advertisements
- Selection of candidates - based on the candidate's profile agreed with the employer
- Preliminary interviews
- Recommendation of candidates - each of them meets the criteria set at the first meeting
- Signing the contract with the candidate
- Payment by instalments after the candidate has been hired
