We search for employees by many methods - advertisements, own base built up over the years, direct contact with potential candidates. The most important is effectiveness.
If an employee quits the job within the guarantee period, we resume recruitment. The guarantee is determined individually.
The guarantee is given on an individual basis - usually for a period of 3-6 months, and in special cases for recruitment for managerial positions up to 9-12 months. The guarantee is granted depending on the position, region in which we are conducting the search, as well as the conditions proposed by the employer.
This depends on several factors - the most important is the region, the position, the conditions proposed by the employer. We successfully close 70% of the projects during the first 3 months, but in difficult regions the recruitment is carried out 'to the end' and sometimes even lasts 12 months.
Our effectiveness is in the range of 80-90%.
We have a price list. The price depends on the position, region and conditions proposed by the employer. The regions in Poland are different and there are different job deficits in each area. Most often the amount for finding an employee is 1.5 - 2 times the gross monthly salary.
At the beginning there is an advance payment of 15% of the total amount . Payment for the candidate is made in instalments - usually 2-3 instalments. The first installment after the decision to start cooperation and the second after the first month worked by the candidate.
The payment is made in installments. If the candidate is dismissed within the first 30 days from the start of cooperation, the second installment is not paid and our company resumes recruitment under the guarantee.
We will send you a list of references upon request. One of the company's main objectives is to be a permanent employment agency - as long as possible. To achieve this goal we need to have confidence and flexibility in mutual relations
